Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 4 pork chops (bone in or boneless). We prefer Llano Seco from Chico Saturday farmer's market
• Marinate pork chops for 2 hours in:
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 2 Tbsp Lodestar® Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Directions

1. Once marinated, squeeze fresh lemon over the pork chops. Coat with your favorite grilling rub or seasonings (we prefer the local seasonings at Morse Farms in Oroville).
2. Grill pork chops to medium (internal temperature of 160° F)
